How To Intimidate Sellers facing Foreclosure

Everyone knows that the best homes for sale investments can be found from motivated sellers. If some poor sap is about to get the boot out the front door an opportunistic money grubbing investors can swoop in and virtually take away the home for sale at ridiculously low prices. Just sit on it until the real estate market improves, then sell for obscene profits.

Capitalizing on the suffering on others has been an American tradition since the good old days of breaking thumbs for protection money. In fact I will get into the Mafia's relationship with motivated seller in another post...

One tactic ruthless real estate investors are using is belittling the motivated seller into shame and even outright humiliation. Tell the seller that if he were not such a pathetic loser he would not be in this situation. Make him so insecure that he trembles at the very thought of countering an offer. Then go for the kill.

Be ruthless, be bold. Get the job done and make money. Some reports have emerged that some are resorting to physical threats to get the sellers to cooperate.

For example,"Joe" found this hot little 3 bedroom home for sale in beautiful Cape Coral. The buyer was reluctant to reduce the price $30,000 like Joe wanted. The nerve! So Joe proceeded to bitch slap the little dweeb until, crying like a little girl, relented and gave up the property for almost 50% off.

We recommend, however, that the reader don't ever do anything naughty or illegal; we just report today's real estate news with objection and compassion. Now go look for investment homes for sale and bitch slap some sellers!

Homes For Sale - Foreclosures and Barbarians

As foreclosures increase, and homes for sale are so abundant that the buyers savvy enough to grab them up today stand to make a fortune down the road, it is amazing that there is so much animal like behavior among the poor fools who could not afford to keep their dreams. Like savages in a cave, these barbarians are trashing the homes before lending institutes can retain possession and carry out the eviction.

Examples include pouring oil and paint on carpets, smashing pretty much everything with crow bars and aluminum baseball bats, urinating and defecating on the floor (humans and pets), slaughtering farm animals...INSIDE, and numerous other atrocities that will not be mentioned here.

Behold the human condition in real estate. It seems we are devolving into sadistic sub humans who cannot control our tempers. This is evident on the roads, in relationships, but for this case we are discussing homes for sale and real estate in general.

Lending institutes have resorted to bribing foreclosed home dwellers to abstain from barbarically destroying the home before eviction. Some, however, go a step further, and hire "home bodyguards" to intimidate the homeowner in a nonthreatening manner to leave without doing damage. They frequently will use large burly men to look the home dweller (no longer a owner) in the eye and "suggest" that is is not a smart move to do anything foolish. This has actually paid off for lending institutes and is becoming more prevalent than the old tactic of bribing.

Alas, we live in hard times as anyone with a home for sale will attest.

Homes For Sale

Homes for sale today are like hidden treasure waiting to be found by pirates with investment capital. Sure, it is hard to SELL real estate today, but the investment potential is at never before seen levels of potential profitability... down the road a bit perhaps.

Forget about "flipping" homes. That will not work in this present state of recessionary affairs. No, to be truly profit in real estate, today, is to buy and HOLD.

Homes for sale are a long (er) term investment. Not really 'long term' as the market will reverse itself in due time, and those with the cahonnies to invest in homes for sale today will reap amazing rewards down the road.
